GGJ

Power-factor correction (PFC) panel

≤ 450 V · t ≤ 20 ms · Inrush < 25 In

GGJ improves the power factor of low-voltage loads, cuts line losses and frees transformer capacity. With tuned reactors it also absorbs most harmonic current. The dynamic version replaces contactors with fast solid-state switching for workshops and buildings whose load changes frequently.

Production process

From enquiry to commissioning

  1. Enquiry and analysisSend a single-line diagram, load list or panel schedule. An engineer confirms voltage, short-circuit level, forms of separation and applicable standards within 24 hours.
  2. Proposal and drawingsBudgetary quotation in five working days, then general-arrangement drawings, busbar sizing and a bill of materials for approval.
  3. Order and engineeringApproved drawings release procurement of Schneider, ABB or specified components and sheet-metal programming.
  4. Fabrication and assemblyLaser cutting, CNC bending, powder coating, busbar processing, primary assembly and secondary wiring in Shaoshan.
  5. Factory acceptance testDielectric, loop-resistance, insulation, earth-continuity, IP and current-injection tests; customers and consultants welcome to witness.
  6. Delivery and after-salesExport packing, sea or air freight, commissioning support and a 7×24 service line with Schneider-trained engineers.
