Medium-voltage switchgear is designed to IEC 62271-200 and the equivalent Chinese GB 3906 / GB 11022 series, with type tests at XIHARI and Hunan CEPRI. Low-voltage assemblies follow IEC 61439-1/-2 and GB 7251.1; the Schneider Electric BlokSeT, PrismaSeT and Prisma E builds and the ABB MDmax ST build also carry CE certificates from TÜV Rheinland. For North America, UL has issued Certificates of Compliance for MDmax-ST 4500 and MDrail E models (UL 891), MDrail-E-700 transfer switches (UL 1008) and industrial control panels (UL 508A); each covers only the models named on it.

Schneider Electric (China) Co., Ltd. has authorised Hunan Zhenxiang Electric Co., Ltd. as a Technology and Business Partner for four systems: BlokSeT and PrismaSeT low-voltage switchboards, Prisma E low-voltage distribution and MVnex medium-voltage switchgear. The validity periods end in 2026, 2028, 2027 and 2027 respectively. The authorisation covers those systems only. It is not EcoXpert certification, it does not by itself certify a finished panel or guarantee regulatory approval, and warranty terms are agreed in your contract with Zhenxiang. Zhenxiang holds its own type-test and CE or IECEE CB certificates for each system.

ABB (China) Limited, Shanghai Branch has issued Hunan Zhenxiang Electric Co., Ltd. two certificates, both valid from 1 January to 31 December 2026: a Licensed Panel Builder certificate for MDmax ST Low Voltage Switchgear, under which ABB grants a licence to manufacture and assemble the licensed product, and a partner certificate for MDrail-E power distribution and control boxes/cabinets, under which Zhenxiang may integrate specified ABB products into the cabinets it builds. ABB authorisation does not by itself provide UL certification. UL certificates are issued by UL for the models named on each certificate, and warranty terms are agreed in your contract with Zhenxiang.

A standard order of 100 panels ships in 30 days from approved drawings, covering design, procurement, fabrication, assembly, wiring and factory acceptance testing. Urgent orders of up to 50 panels can be delivered in 15 days. Larger orders scale in steps: 200 panels in 40 days, 300 in 50 days, 400 in 60 days.

Yes. Most data-centre orders bundle medium-voltage switchgear, transformers, generator output and paralleling boards, UPS input and output cabinets, variable-frequency drive panels for cooling plant, DPF01 row PDUs and the prefab power modules and distribution boxes used in modular halls. Since March 2023 Zhenxiang has delivered 175 such contracts across Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Finland and China.

Assemblies are tested before dispatch. Routine tests include dielectric withstand, loop resistance, insulation resistance, earth continuity, IP probe checks and, for main switchboards, current injection at up to 2000 A. Customers and their consultants are welcome to witness the factory acceptance test before dispatch.

A 7×24 service line answers within 15 minutes. Within China, site attendance is committed at 4, 2 or 1 hours depending on fault severity. For overseas projects, commissioning support, training and response times are agreed per contract; Zhenxiang service engineers are Schneider-trained distribution service partners.
