Zhenxiang Electric designs, manufactures and services medium- and low-voltage switchgear at its factory in Shaoshan, Hunan. Authorised by Schneider Electric and ABB for selected switchgear ranges, we supply data centres, industry and infrastructure in ten countries across four continents.
Quality builds our brand Integrity shapes our future
Quality here is independently verified. The company holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, a power-facility installation and test licence, Schneider Electric authorisation as a Technology and Business Partner for BlokSeT, PrismaSeT, Prisma E and MVnex, and ABB authorisation for the MDmax ST and MDrail-E ranges.
Schneider Electric also lists Zhenxiang as a Registered Power Services Partner for 2026, and its service engineers completed Schneider training on PIX and HVX switchgear, BlokSeT/Okken, Masterpact MT and RM6 in September 2025.
Why Zhenxiang
Why choose Zhenxiang Electric?
Five key questions to ask your switchgear manufacturing partner.
Explore our answers and the supporting evidence below.
Can you meet my project specifications and support technical approval?
Engineering and specification support
Send a single-line diagram, load list or panel schedule. An engineer confirms voltage, short-circuit level, forms of separation and applicable standards, then returns general-arrangement drawings, busbar sizing and a bill of materials for approval.
Evidence Type-test reports and certificates (IEC 61439 and IEC 62271 test files, CE, UL, IECEE CB) are supplied with tender submissions on request. See certificates
Can you demonstrate consistent product quality?
Quality you can verify
Management systems are certified, product lines carry third-party type tests, and assemblies are tested before dispatch. Customers and consultants are welcome to witness the factory acceptance test.
Evidence ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001; CE (TÜV Rheinland), UL and IECEE CB certificates; routine tests listed under Manufacturing below.
Can you deliver to the agreed schedule?
Delivery you can plan around
Standard lead time is 30 days for 100 panels from approved drawings, and 15 days for urgent orders of up to 50 panels. Larger orders scale in steps up to 400 panels in 60 days.
Evidence 175 data-centre contracts delivered since March 2023, plus infrastructure, industrial and energy projects. See the project record
Can you adapt the equipment to my project?
Configured to your project
Equipment is configured from your single-line diagram and panel schedule rather than supplied as a fixed package, and the factory also builds PLC control panels for customers who need a tailored control solution.
Evidence Delivered examples: load-bank ATS cabinets (K2 Data Centres JHR01), quick-plug cabinets (Thailand CTP campuses), prefab power and generator modules (Johor), generator paralleling boards for 16 to 18 sets per campus building.
What support will I receive after delivery?
Support after delivery
A 7×24 service line answers within 15 minutes. In China, site attendance is committed at 4, 2 or 1 hours by fault severity. For overseas projects, commissioning support, training and response times are agreed in the contract.
Evidence Service engineers completed Schneider training in September 2025; the Registered Power Services Partner listing covers 2026. See response commitments

* The MDrail-E certificate is issued in Chinese. The English title and scope shown here are a translation. Select a range name to view the ABB certificate.
What these authorisations mean
- Schneider Electric has authorised Zhenxiang as a Technology and Business Partner for BlokSeT, PrismaSeT, Prisma E and MVnex
- ABB has issued Zhenxiang a Licensed Panel Builder certificate for MDmax ST and a partner certificate for MDrail-E, each for the range and dates shown
- Product certificates (CE, IECEE CB, UL) and type-test reports are separate documents held by Zhenxiang, each covering only the range or models it names
What they do not mean
- Neither is EcoXpert certification or any other partnership level
- ABB authorisation does not by itself provide UL certification. UL certificates are issued by UL for the models named on each certificate
- No authorisation certifies a finished panel, guarantees regulatory approval, or makes Schneider Electric or ABB the warrantor of the equipment. Warranty and acceptance terms are agreed in your contract with Zhenxiang
Manufacturing
Manufacturing for your project
In-house fabrication, assembly and testing to meet your project requirements.
In-house fabrication
Enclosures, doors and mounting plates are cut, formed and finished in-house, so the metalwork is made under the same roof as assembly and testing.
Robotic bending for repeatable fabrication
Robot-assisted press-brake bending forms enclosure panels from stored programmes, supporting repeatable forming across multi-panel lineups and repeat orders.
Assembly and quality control
Busbar, wiring and assembly are carried out in-house, and the management system is certified to ISO 9001.
Copper busbar processed in-house
Busbar is punched, sheared and bent in-house on CNC machines, including a three-station processing centre, so busbar is made to the sizes your drawings call for.
Factory testing and delivery
Completed assemblies are tested against the agreed requirements before they leave the factory.
Tested before it leaves
Routine tests cover the points below. Customers and consultants are welcome to witness the factory acceptance test before dispatch.
- Dielectric withstand
- Loop resistance and insulation resistance
- Earth continuity
- IP probe checks
- Current injection at 1500 A and 2000 A for main switchboards
Standard lead times from approved drawings
Urgent orders: 50 panels in 15 days.
Testing
Testing and Quality Control
Our in-house test equipment supports electrical testing and enclosure protection checks. Applicable tests and acceptance criteria are defined by the equipment and project requirements.
High-current testing
Two high-current test benches for current-injection testing. Bench capacity describes the test equipment, not the rating of any switchgear tested on it.
Dielectric withstand testing
Power-frequency withstand test sets, floor-standing and portable, with the high-voltage test transformer that supplies the test voltage.
IP protection checks
A test probe for checking enclosure protection.
Applicable IP ratings and test methods follow the equipment specification.
Measurement and safety tools
Equipment photographed at the Shaoshan factory. Third-party type-test reports are listed separately. See certificates and type tests
