Schneider MVnex medium-voltage switchgear

MVnex is Schneider Electric's armoured metal-enclosed medium-voltage switchgear. Zhenxiang builds it under licence with the HVX sealed-pole vacuum circuit breaker or CVX vacuum contactor, in 650, 800 and 1000 mm widths, with either operating-box or non-operating-box earthing-switch modes.

- Enquiry and analysisSend a single-line diagram, load list or panel schedule. An engineer confirms voltage, short-circuit level, forms of separation and applicable standards within 24 hours.
- Proposal and drawingsBudgetary quotation in five working days, then general-arrangement drawings, busbar sizing and a bill of materials for approval.
- Order and engineeringApproved drawings release procurement of Schneider, ABB or specified components and sheet-metal programming.
- Fabrication and assemblyLaser cutting, CNC bending, powder coating, busbar processing, primary assembly and secondary wiring in Shaoshan.
- Factory acceptance testDielectric, loop-resistance, insulation, earth-continuity, IP and current-injection tests; customers and consultants welcome to witness.
